Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for an exchange only. 
We put our customers first and will do everything we can to help you work out any issue. Our customers are never on their own and we pride ourselves in a 5-star support service. We’ll do our best to solve any problems with our products.

We do encourage all customers to contact support via Live chat, contact form or at [email protected], for any assistance, clarification, feedback, issues, challenges, or help. We will work things out and make sure you’re 100% satisfied and happy with our service. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition.


Before a return is granted, you’d have to allow us to try and help. Contact our support allow 24-72 hours for our Support Team to get back to you. We do our best to answer a lot faster to your requests.
To return an item, please email customer service at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, email the license key and your proof of purchase to [email protected]
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
We can process a return if you haven’t Activated the license or if the key you purchased from the website was completely unusable or Rejected by the Software.
Returns will not be granted if you simply decide not to use the purchased products. We stand behind our products and will assist you in solving any problem you have, but we also expect you to adequately understand what you are purchasing and why.
In addition to that offers and discounts are valid for future orders only and can’t be used to ask for refunds or partial refunds of existing purchases.
To summarize and clarify: No exchanges will be offered for software Licenses except cases in which the product you’ve purchased is: completely unusable, or was rejected by the software, or doesn’t perform the promised function, or if the license was not activated.
